用料  

Dark Chocolate 180 g
Unsalted Butter 180 g [melted]
Sugar 230 g
All Purpose Flour 80 g
Cocoa Powder 40 g
Egg 3 pcs
Premium Soy Sauce 4.5 Tbsp

Chocolate Brownie Recipe  

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and grease the cake pan。

  2. Add chocolate to melted butter in a mixing bowl and stir well

  3. Mix eggs and sugar, add the chocolate mixture and stir.

  4. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and add Premium Soy Sauce and mix well.

  5. Pour mixture into pan.

  6. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Set aside to cool for another 10 to 15 minutes and serve.
